※このページは、私のサイトから盗作を行ったサイトの作者に抗議し、正当な翻訳記事として当該記事を書き直すよう求める目的で作ったものである。
　しかし、2006年５月５日現在、盗作サイトにはアクセスできない状態となっており、盗作サイトはサイトごと閉鎖された可能性がある。
　しかし結局、私の抗議には一切回答も対応もなかった以上、このページを削除する理由も見当たらないので、とりあえず保存しておく。

ペ・ジンホを糾弾する！


　私はここに、恥ずべき盗作者、良心のかけらもない著作権の蹂躙者、本来は互いに協力すべき我ら軍艦趣味者の間で最も蔑まれるに値する面汚し、韓国人、いや、こう書いては韓国に住む他の人類に迷惑なので、「韓国に棲む生物」とでも書くべきもの、ペ・ジンホ Bae Jin-Ho （�｢ 眞皓）を糾弾する。

　まず、私のサイトの中にあるこのページをご覧いただきたい。

　次に、ペ・ジンホのサイト "Metalfleet" の中にあるこのページ
"Franch Battleship"
をご覧いただきたい。
　私を含めて高麗語のわからない方は多いと思うので、適宜エキサイト翻訳などを利用していただければよいだろう。
　ペがここを見てあわててページを閉じたりすると困るので、ここにミラーを置いておく。

　誰がどう見ても、ペのページは私のページからの盗作であろう。
　特にそれがよくわかるのは、「リシュリュー」の前檣と煙突をアップにした画像である。
　これは残念ながら私のページではもっとよいスキャンに差し替えてあるが、差し替え前のモアレがひどい画像をわざわざ利用しているのがわかる。しかも画像の右上には日本語のキャプションがそのまま写っている。
　また、ページ後半に頻出する、私のページとペのページに共通する画像のファイル名にご注意いただきたい。異常なほど同じ名前になっているのがおわかりかと思う。
　さらに、私がうっかりつづり間違いをした Léon Gambetta のつづりをそのまま間違えてアクサンのない Leon Gambetta と書いている。

　さらに許せないのは、ペはこのページの内容に手を加えて、あたかも自分で書いたかのように偽装しているところだ。
　ウェブサイトの翻訳そのものが悪いわけではない。私だって何本も海外サイトの翻訳をして自分のサイトに載せている。
　しかし、ペがやったような勝手な改変・もと記事の隠蔽は決してやっていないし、やるべきではないと考える。
　少なくとも、これが翻訳であることの明記と、もと記事へのリンクを張ることくらいは、最低限の礼儀であろう。

　そういった配慮を全く欠いたペのページを、私ははばかることなく「盗作」であると断言し、糾弾する。

　さらにペの許せないところは、このような盗用の被害者が私に限らないということである。
　日本における軍事関係の著名なサイト、
「三脚檣」
「蒸気推進研究所」
「第一次大戦」
　なども軒並み被害にあっている。
　最近になって盗用がばれ始めたことに気づいたペは、盗作記事に「これは××サイトからの翻訳である」云々の言い訳を新たに書き加えているようだが、以前はそれもなく、私のページ同様の盗作のし放題だったという。
　今も、盗用したほとんどのページで「これは翻訳記事である」ということを明示していない。よくて「参考資料」欄に盗作もとのサイトのＵＲＬをちょこっと載せている程度である。リンクはされていない。
　また、画像などの盗用はそのままであるし、盗作記事の冒頭の "Written by Bae Jin-Ho" というクレジットも削除していない。
　説明図などは、文字だけ高麗語に訳した上に、自サイトのＵＲＬを書き込んで、あたかも自分で作った図であるかのように偽装している。

　加えて、ぺは自らこのような著作権の蹂躙をしておきながら、厚顔にも自分のサイトに

　などという注意書きをしている。彼は天を仰ぎ、地を眺め、自らを省みて、このような行為を恥ずるということがないのだろうか。

　また、許しがたいことに、ペは自らのサイトに自分へのメールアドレスを表示せず、他人の批判を受け入れない態度を示している。（掲示板はある）

　かくのごとき卑劣漢を私は決して許すことができない。

b. Statement on your page that your page is a translation of my page
c. Translation of the whole text and deletion of altered or inserted parts

I expect all three articles will be accepted immediately, and will be notified to me that it has done.
